【Job Responsibilities】
1. Establish and enhance the company's training system, including curriculum, lecturer system, and operational procedures.
2. Develop annual/quarterly/monthly training plans for the company and track plan execution.
3. Analyze training needs for different positions, collect and evaluate relevant courses and learning materials, select appropriate training programs, and develop and design internal corporate training, setting up training schedules.

4. Conduct research, analysis, and implementation of relevant standards for building robot products.

1. Responsible for developing sales channels in 21 prefectural-level cities across four regions: Pearl River Delta, Western Guangdong, Northern Guangdong, and Eastern Guangdong. Possess work experience in the coating and paint industry and familiarity with the local market of decoration companies, industrial parks, commercial buildings, or factory premises.
2. Gather information on decoration companies and paint sales channels in the assigned cities, and establish communication to develop new channel customers.
3. Utilize phone calls and on-site visits to effectively communicate with channel partners, understand customer needs, identify sales opportunities, and assist in achieving sales targets.
4. Maintain business with existing customers and explore cooperation potential with them.
5. Regularly communicate with cooperative clients to establish strong and long-term business relationships.
6. Follow up on after-sales visits and payment collection, actively cooperate with the implementation of assessment regulations set by the company and department.
【Job Responsibilities】
1. Responsible for on-site troubleshooting, repair, parameter calibration, maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of robots, ensuring that the equipment operates in excellent condition at all times.
2. Summarize on-site issues, collate feedback for research and development, design, and engineering teams, and propose optimization suggestions.
3. Continuously summarize on-site operational experiences, constantly improve personal service skills, and create training documents.
4. Accomplish other tasks assigned by superiors.
【Job Responsibilities】
1. Develop C++ code on industrial control computers using the Linux operating system, including the development and troubleshooting of main control software based on Linux.
2. Collaborate with colleagues in algorithm development to implement and optimize visual detection code in the Linux environment.
3. Develop various peripheral tools, including testing and statistical analysis tools, establishment of algorithm frameworks, optimization of algorithm performance, and integration of algorithms with control systems.
4. Undertake the development and maintenance of non-electrical control embedded software, which involves modules such as router communication implementation, log analysis processing, protocol conversion, AI board motion planning implementation, log collection processing, and data storage.
5. Perform version maintenance and upgrades, efficiently implementing version updates according to modification plans and coordinating work with project schedules.
6. Write module, detailed design documents, and relevant technical materials.
