Maintenance Services

Maintenance Rules for Dafang Construction Robotics:

Daily Cleaning: Construction robots must undergo thorough cleaning after each operation. This includes sensors, feeding pipelines, discharge switches, nozzles, and any contaminated areas of the construction module.

Monthly Maintenance: Clients are required to perform minor maintenance once per month. The specific maintenance procedures shall be carried out in accordance with the Robot Maintenance Manual.

Yearly Maintenance: Major maintenance shall be performed once per year. The procedures shall follow the Robot Maintenance Manual and must include product upgrades and replacement of fatigued components.

For new machine purchases, we provide one complimentary major maintenance service within one year of purchase, one Dafang AI engineer will visit the client's site to perform one free maintenance service on the robot.

After-sale Service

Yearly Service:Response within 24 hours of malfunction, and restore service at site within 3 working day, parts included
Gold Service: Response within 24 hours working time on any malfunction, and restore service within 7 working days, parts included
VIP Customer Service: Response within 24 hours working time on any malfunction, and restore service within 5 working days, parts included
Partner Service: Response within 8 hours working time on any malfunction, and restore service within 3 working day, parts included
