The Pioneer Zone has a planned land area of 720,000 square meters and a total construction area of 2.23 million square meters, which will be built in two plots. Among them, Plot 1 will be the first to start construction, positioned as a biomanufacturing base mainly consisting of high-standard production workshops. It covers an area of approximately 500,000 square meters with a construction area of about 1.57 million square meters, with a planned total investment of around 30 billion yuan. The development of Plot 1 will be divided into three phases: the first phase will include the construction of high-end production workshops, industrial service platforms, incubation accelerators, production supporting facilities, as well as public supporting facilities such as dormitories and canteens. Through self-owned operation and space leasing, it will provide high-quality production and living spaces for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and talents.
